Shipping

Shipping is provided by Czech Post. It costs 6,92 - 9, 62 euro according to weight of package.

Cookie cutters are produced according to current orders and because of personal attitude we stock only a few pieces, so delivery time is up to 3 weeks.

Please check your shipment upon receipt. In the case of apparent damage of the packaging, do not accept the shipment and write the postal official complaint report. Payment

Bank transfer - after receipt of order you will receive an account number and variable symbol. Bank transfer in euros is without fees. Upon receipt of payment will be sent merchandise.
